For His Children is a registered Canadian Christian charity focused on relieving poverty and conducting humanitarian programs for vulnerable children living in residential homes and orphanages throughout the developing world regardless of their age, race, gender or religious background.

Building Hope and A Home



	For HIS Children is currently involved with the King’s Children Home in Belize, Central America. FHC is raising funds to provide ongoing support for basic needs, education and health care. We have also started a multi-year building project in the village of Cotton Tree. In 2009, 40 acres of land was purchased and the construction of the volunteer house began. By the end of July the construction of the volunteer house will be completed and, once furnished, will accommodate 42 volunteers to assist with the construction of the main home.. Find out how you can become a volunteer. Our main initiative is to start construction of the children’s home in early 2011 and complete building it by the end of 2012.

For HIS Children will be going to Belize in the fall (October/November). We are currently looking into obtaining a container to ship furniture to Belize, if you have any suggestions on how we can obtain a container and ship it to Belize for minimal cost, please contact Eleanor Edwards at eedwards@forhischildren.com.
